UNIVERSAL WINCH PLATE FOR 1976—2006 JEEP® CJ & WRANGLER This winch mounting plate is designed to use O.E. bumper bolt holes. Includes special spacer plates for use with Omix RRC Bumpers (fits better that other winch plates on the RRC). Can be used with all standard bottom mount winches with a footprint of 10′ x 4.5″ bolt pattern.
